civil and commercial mediation

civil & commercial mediation

Civil mediation is a process that helps parties in a civil lawsuit (examples: personal injury, debt collection, landlord/tenant disputes, family disputes, juvenile matters, personal loans) reach an agreement through the use of a neutral person (the “mediator”) trained in problem solving in order to bypass a court trial.

Commercial mediation works with people or businesses in dispute, to help them resolve conflict through negotiation without going to court. Parties to a commercial mediation may include individuals, business owners, banks, contractors, insurance companies, trust companies, real estate owners and governmental bodies.

unmarried couples mediation

unmarried Couples mediation

Mediation for unmarried couples works similarly to divorce mediation with regard to making arrangements for shared child(ren) and asset separation upon conclusion of a relationship. Partners can meet with a trained, neutral mediator to discuss their differences and to identify and resolve solutions.

Community mediation allows individuals to reach agreements with others, repair and restore relationships, and find solutions to disagreements. Whether it’s fighting families, friends, or neighbors, a trained mediator can help facilitate a discussion that leads to mutually beneficial results.
